How do I get started after signing up?
After signing up, the onboarding wizard walks you through creating your organization. Once complete, head to the Assessment page to begin scoring your 110 NIST SP 800-171 controls.
How is my SPRS score calculated?
The estimate starts at 110 and applies the DoD methodology's 1-, 3-, or 5-point deduction for requirements entered as NOT MET; Partially Implemented is treated as NOT MET. The range is -203 to 110. Validate the estimate, SSP status, and any submission obligation against the current methodology and contract.
Can I invite my C3PAO assessor?
The assessor collaboration portal is a planned Enterprise feature and is not currently available. Enterprise is marked Coming Soon.
Can I upload CUI?
CMMC Command is not intended or authorized for CUI or classified information. Do not upload it. User-uploaded evidence files are stored; limited marker screening is not a CUI determination. AI features receive control metadata and company name, not uploaded documents. See the Security page for details.
How do I connect my security tools?
Go to Integrations in the dashboard. Professional supports up to 10 integrations. They collect selected security metadata and suggest NIST mappings for human review; they do not establish that a requirement is MET.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or access the Stripe billing portal to update your payment method or download invoices.
